COMPTOIR LIBANAIS
The Successful Middle Eastern restaurant group Levant, wanted to launch a café concept called Comptoir Libanais.
Scope of works included
Brand guidelines / Contractor liaison / Customer journey design / Graphic design / Interior design concepts / Material & Furniture specification
Background
Having an existing site on Wigmore Street in London, Levant wanted to develop a format that could expand into a multi-store rollout. Taking the existing brand identity and applying it to the packaging, menus & in store graphic communication, the first test site was the O2 Centre in Finchley.
Result
The bright, vibrant market feel with open kitchen and long low counter allowed the diners to experience and enjoy the drama of the chef's preparation area. The eclectic use of a simple material pallet along with the bold brand personality lent itself to an effective high impact roll out which led to the nomination for the ‘Best Restaurant Multiple’ of the year by Restaurant Magazine.
